• What should I bring?

  Comfortable clothing for movement and breathwork. Swimwear + towel if you’re doing the ice bath. An open mind.

• Do I need to be a CEO or manage a team to join?

  Not at all. If you're on a journey of growth, purpose, and leadership in any form—this is for you.

• I’ve never done breathwork or ice baths—is that okay?

  Absolutely. All experiences are beginner-friendly and supervised by accredited professionals with years of experience.

• Will there be food?

  Yes! Conscious, nourishing food is included in your ticket.

• How do I book for the breathwork sessions?

  After purchasing your ticket, you’ll receive an email with a booking link. You’ll be able to choose one of two options:

  1. A breathwork experience with Brendon and IMDBreathwork – an intense, deep-release session (15 spots max)

  2. A combo session with Liv and Slav from New Moon – breathwork, sound healing, and guided visualisation (20 spots max)

  Please note: Each ticket includes one breathwork experience only.

• Is this a one-off event?

  This is the launch of Conscious Leaders Dubai, a movement and community you can continue to grow with.

  We have a community, where we regularly organise gatherings and experiences.
